You’ll get into your kayaks and paddle from the shore and you’ll begin to reconnoiter lake Kivu. The sight of the native fishing boats will amuse you as their fishing methods are native to the region and appear to be inherent as it’s the economic activity of this region as the residents by the lake shores cheer you on.

Hot springs

These are formed when rainwater seeps below Earth’s surface as groundwater, until hitting solid molten rock and collecting in aquifers. Magma heats this water, which then rises back up to the surface through vents in the earth’s crust as pressured by the heat forming a hot spring or gaiser.

Coffee and tea tours 

Rwanda has won the crown of excellence steering up curiosity on where exactly and how this incredible coffee is processed, here you’ll witness the coffee processing right from the garden to an espresso. The coffee is grown on a vast piece of land and seasonally harvested for processing. You’ll get to walk through the plantation that spreads over hills making them green. The ripe coffee beans are picked from these gardens, dried, unhusked, roasted and crushed at the end. Feel free to take photos and record videos during the course of your visit.
