Volcanoes National Park Rwanda
“Le Pays des Mille Collines” is the name that Rwanda has made and it translates as land of a Thousand Hills as the endless mountains dominate this in this amiable stunning country. Nowhere are the mountains more regal than the volcanoes in the northwest, and hidden among the bamboo forests are some of the world’s last remaining mountain gorillas.
Golden monkey trekking
Golden monkeys are known to have unique characters and are a rare species that are endangered at the moment and they are currently found in the Virunga Mountains in Rwanda. They are easily recognized due to the yellow patches that can be seen all over their bodies. The Golden monkeys are also known as ‘the Old-world monkey’ and the only way to separate these primates from others is by their nose.
Gorilla trekking
You commence the trek with a guide in the forest in pursuit of the Mountain Gorillas. You trek through the forest. The time taken to track the Gorillas is unpredictable as it depends on their movements for food and shelter. However, it can take three quarters of the day and 90% chances of viewing them. Upon reaching the Gorillas, you will have one hour with them and this will enable you to sit down and watch them as they interact with each other, communicate and you are also free to take photographs and Videos.

Diana Fossey Hike
This hike is strenuous but so rewarding when one learns about Dian Fossey’ life and how she devoted her life to research about the Mountain Gorillas. You’ll proceed to the top where she lived as she was found dead in her cabin at that point that she was buried.
