Day 1: Arrival in Kigali & Check in at the Hotel.

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be picked up by the driver guide and check in at the hotel.
Hotel.
Time permitting, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center and a city tour within Rwanda’s Vibrant Capital.

Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Trekking & Visit to Ibyiwacu Cultural Village.

At 5:00 am, with your packed Breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park,
home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

At 7:00 am, arrive at the park headquarters for registration and briefing about the dos and don’ts for gorilla
trekking. Afterward, you will be assigned park rangers and go on a guided trek through the dense forests
to encounter a family of mountain gorillas.

Afternoon: Visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village to experience traditional Rwandan culture. Enjoy the music.
Dance, and crafts.

Evening: Check into your lodge and unwind amidst the tranquil surroundings

Day 3:Lake Kivu relaxation tour for hiking, boat trip, & Kayaking.

After a cup of Coffee, you will embark on a picturesque drive via the captivating landscapes of rolling hills towards the tranquil shores of Lake Kivu, Rwanda’s largest lake.

The day will be spent discovering the stunning scenery and vibrant, rich culture surrounding Lake Kivu.
Upon arrival in Rubavu, you will embark on an enriching boat trip across the pristine waters of Lake Kivu as you witness the breathtaking hues of the African sunset painting the sky and reflecting on the calm waters – a
perfect way to unwind after an eventful day.

Our boat excursion will take you to explore some of the fascinating islands scattered across the lake. Each
Island offers unique perspectives and insights into the local ecosystem and culture.

You will engage in Immersive Village Encounters by visiting traditional fishing villages situated along the lake shores or on its islands. This offers a fantastic chance to connect with local communities, observe their everyday routines, and gain insights into their fishing methods and cultural heritage.

Enjoy a delightful lunch at a scenic location by Lake Kivu, savoring fresh local cuisine while soaking in the
picturesque surroundings.

Spend the rest of the day swimming in the bilharzia-free waters of the lake, and indulge in kayaking adventures.
Or simply unwind by the shore and enjoy the tranquility.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Nyungwe Forest & Airport drop off.

You will depart early at 5:00 AM for Nyungwe Forest National Park, a destination celebrated for its significant biodiversity and offering the must-do activity of chimpanzee trekking.

Led by experienced and knowledgeable park guides, you will venture through lush vegetation, learning about the intricate ecosystem and the fascinating behavior of these intelligent primates.

Chimp tracking offers you a privileged glimpse into the lives of our closest relatives in their natural habitat.
Witness their complex social dynamics, playful interactions, grooming habits, and foraging behaviors.
Capture stunning photographs and create lasting memories of these incredible creatures in their wild domain.

Later, do a canopy walk or visit the waterfalls and transfer back to Kigali
