2-Days Hot Air Balloon safari in Akagera National Park

Day 1: Pick up from the Airport or Hotel in Kigali, visit the Genocide Memorial & later drive to Akagera National Park.

At 9:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel or Airport, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center that shall give you an
insight about the history and dark side of Rwanda. Later you will embark on a scenic journey to Akagera National park with an en
route stopover for Lunch.
Upon arrival at the park, you will register and later embark on evening or night game drive that will offer you magical views of the
nocturnal life of nature and wildlife.

Later Check in at the Karenge Bush Camp  for overnight and dinner

Day 2: Hot Air Balloon ride and Half-day game viewing. Depart for Kigali

Early Morning at 5:00 am, you drive to launching grounds for the hot Air balloon and later embark on the balloon offering a
magical experience with the golden light with breathtaking views as the sun illuminates the landscape and wildlife begins their day.

Hot air balloon safaris in Akagera National Park offers you a unique and unforgettable way to experience the vast plains and abundant
wildlife.
Floating above the Akagera offers a panoramic view of the landscape, including grasslands, woodlands, as well as the chance to
spot wildlife from a new angle. After the flight, a champagne bush breakfast is often included, adding to the special experience

After the Balloon tour, you will embark on a game drive offering ecstatic views of the park’s savanna and its diverse wildlife,
including the “big five” – elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards, and buffaloes.

Later exit the park and drive back to Kigali
